SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read carefully and store for future use!
Warning:
The safety steps and instructions in this user's manual do not include all the possible
conditions and situations which may arise. The user must understand that a factor that cannot be
designed into any product is common sense, caution and care. These factors must therefore come
from the user/s using and operating this product. We do not take responsibility for damages caused
during transport, by incorrect use, by voltage fluctuations or a change or modification of any part of
the product.
To prevent a fire or injury by electric shock, basic safety provisions should always be adhered to,
including the following:
1. Make sure that the voltage in your power socket corresponds to the voltage on the product's label
and that the power socket is properly earthed. The power socket must be installed according to
valid safety regulations.
2. Do not use the induction hotplate if the power cord is damaged or if there is a crack on the surface
of the hotplate.
Have all repairs including power cord replacement done in an authorised
service! Do not remove protective covers from the product as there exists a danger of
injury by electric shock!
3. To avoid potential injury by electric shock, protect the product from direct contact with water and
other liquids.
4. Do not use the induction hotplate outdoors or in a wet environment. Do not touch the power cord
or the appliance with wet hands. There is a danger of injury by electric shock.
5. Pay extra attention if using the induction hotplate near children.
6. The induction hotplate should not be left in operation unsupervised.
7. Pay closer attention when handling the product to avoid injury, e.g. burns, scalding.
8. Do not use the induction hotplate near flammable objects or under them, e.g. near curtains. The
surface temperature of the product is higher than usual during operation. Place the induction
hotplate away from other objects to ensure free circulation of air necessary for its proper function.
9. Do not place the induction hotplate on a hot surface or use it near a heat source, e.g. hot plates.
10. If an unusual smell or smoke comes out of the product, immediately disconnect the product and
take the product to a service centre.
11. We recommend that you do not leave the induction hotplate with the power cord inserted in the
power socket without supervision. Before carrying out maintenance pull the power cord out of the
power socket. Do not pull the power plug out of the power socket by pulling on the cord. Pull the
cord out of the power socket by holding the power plug.
12. The power cord must not touch any hot parts or go over sharp edges.
13. During use and afterwards do not touch the induction zones!
14. Do not place on or near the induction hotplate any metal or magnetic objects, e.g. back cards,
cutlery or other objects, which could cause burns, a fire or could scratch the surface of the induction
hotplates.
15. Use only pots and pans designed for cooking on induction hotplates. Do not use accessories that
are not recommended by the manufacturer, otherwise you risk voiding your warranty.
16. Use the induction hotplate only in accordance with the instructions included in this user's manual.
This induction hotplate is designed for domestic use only. The manufacturer takes no responsibility
for damages caused by the incorrect use of this product.
17. People using cardio-stimulators should only use this product after consulting with and receiving
permission from their doctor.

strength or by inexperienced persons, unless they have been properly trained or schooled in
