Use the hot plates switch

and the function switch

to select the required mode. The oven and hot plates
can be used simultaneously. The symbols of the switches have the following meaning:
Large plate
Small plate
Both hot plates
Top heating
The top heating and
grill
Top and bottom
heating
Bottom heating

Using the switch

you can switch on the small or the large hot plate or both hot plates.
Oven thermostat
Using the switch
C
select the required baking temperature of the oven. The thermostat does not control the
hot plates‘ temperature, only the temperature of the oven.
Off timer
Turn the button
F
clockwise to activate the timer. When the set time expires, you will hear a beep and the
oven will turn off. The timer controls only the oven, does not affect the functioning of the hot plates.
Convection:
The convection (air circulation using fan) works together with the setting of the timer.
Oven indicator:
When the timer is activated, the oven indicator is lit, the heating mode selected using the
switch
E
is active.
