PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS IN THIS INSTRUCTION. THIS WILL MAKE YOUR
WORK EASIER AND ENSURE A HIGH QUALITY CONVERSION.
SUITABLE PROTECTIVE CLOTHING I.E. GOGGLES, GLOVES AND SHOES SHALL
BE WORN DURING INSTALLING AND/OR MAINTENANCE OF PLATE HEAT
EXCHANGERS. PLEASE BE AWARE OF:

FILLED PLATE HEAT EXCHANGERS MIGHT BE HEAVY,
■
PLATE HEAT EXCHANGERS CAN BE HOT FROM HIGH TEMPERATURE OPER-
ATION,
■
CONDENSATE MIGHT BE CORROSIVE/CAUSTIC.
■
Place the
insulation
material (5)
on the bottom of the mounting bracket.

Remove the four plastic covers from the
plate heat exchanger (6)
connec-
tions.
■
Place the
plate heat exchanger (6)
in the mounting bracket on the exhaust
outlet of the Power Unit.

Attach the mounting bracket with 12 x
blind rivets (3).
Use a blind rivet gun
for this purpose.
■
Place the
mounting bracket (1)
on the exhaust outlet of the Power Unit and
fixate the mounting bracket with
2 x bolts M4x10 (2)
in the existing holes.
■
Drill 12 holes into the Power Unit rear panel through the existing 12 holes of
the mounting bracket using a
power drill
with a
4.2mm
metal drill
.

CAUTION WHEN DRILLING TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO COMPONENTS INSIDE
THE POWER UNIT.
MAX. DRILLING HOLE DEPTH: 2 CM

Remove the lip seal in the exhaust outlet of the power unit with a slotted
screwdriver and replace it with the
lip seal D60 (4)
supplied.
