3. ASSEMBLY AND WIRING
Switch power off to perform any connection.
3.1. CONNECTING LX30B-QxT

Wire connections should be done carefully to avoid short circuits or breaks in the
circuits. Connection points should be protected from the atmospheric conditions.
Use the figure above to connect the transmitter terminals with the following
connections:
Terminal Description of connectors
+12V Positive 12-14VDC supply pole
GND
Negative supply pole. Device ground. Common terminal
for inputs and outputs.
ACM
Control connector for monitoring the AC power supply to
an external control panel. If this connector is connected
to the control panel AC connector, the communicator can
verify the presence of power in the control panel.
I/O 1 – I/O 8
Role configurable connectors where the installer, using
the "EBS Config 2.0" program, can define whether the
connector is to behave as an input or as an output. If
configured as an input, the connector behaves as a
typical signal input. If configured as an output, the
connector behaves as a typical OC output.
