As is standard, the automatic hose guide comes with
8 rollers, 4 on the upper pin and 4 on the lower pin
(fig. 1).
To adjust the hose diameter, unscrew the 4 screws
and move the 2 upper rollers and 2 the lower rollers
to the sides of the frame (fig. 2).
Hoses lager than Ø ½“ (¾ - 1“)
For hoses larger than ½ in diameter, the frame is
equipped with a single cylinder.
With a hexagonal key from 6 and 5, unscrew the 4 screws that hold the hose guide
frame to the brackets of the hose reel (OSM / OSK 400 - 410: hexagonal key from

and 4).

Fastening the pulley pivot
With an allen key from 5 mm, secure the pulley pivot to the
spring side axle hole (fig. 4).
Warning:
The hex screw does not attach to the axle but to the central
pin of the drum, which rotates inside of the axle. To make
coupling easier and ensure proper positioning of the hose
guide, turn the drum slightly
Installing the belt
With two screws M8×16 (the same as for the previous frame) mount the automatic
hose guide to the hose reel (fig. 5).
Warning:
To make installing the belt onto the pulley easier, rotate the frame and tighten loose
screws M8×16.Once the belt is installed, return the frame to the standard position,
secure the screws M6×12 and completely tighten the two screws M8×16 (fig. 6).
