The device may be used by children aged 8 and over and persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they remain under supervision or have
received instructions for operating the device in a safe manner and understand the associated
risks. Children should not play with the device. Cleaning and maintenance can not be carried out
by children without supervision. Children do not realize the dangers that can arise when using
electrical appliances.
1. Keep the device and its cord out of the reach of children.
2. Do not use the device if the power cord is damaged.
3. Never pull the cord when removing the plug from the socket.
4. Make sure that the power cord does not touch sharp edges or run near hot surfaces. Damage
to the cord can cause electric shock.
5. Never place the device on hot surfaces.
6. Never use the device outdoors. Do not expose the device to rain. Protect against moisture.
Do not operate the device with wet hands.
7. The device plug must match the outlet.
8. Do not remove any part of the housing.
9. Do not modify the plug in any way.
10. Pay attention to protruding garments, long hair that can become entangled in the moving
parts of the device.
11. Before switching on the device to the mains, make sure that the voltage stated on the
nameplate corresponds to the mains voltage.
12. Never connect a device that is not completely assembled to the network.
13. Never use the device with a broken or damaged rotor blade.
14. Do not use the device in the immediate vicinity of a bathtub, shower or swimming pool.
15. Make sure that the cord and plug do not come in contact with water or moisture. Do not
spray any liquid on the device.
16. Switch off the device from the mains by holding the plug; not pulling the cord.
17. Disconnect the device from the mains if it is to be moved or it will not be used for a long
time.
18. Do not use the device without protective nets.
19. The device is intended for domestic use only and should not be used industrially.
20. For servicing, electrical and mechanical repairs, always report to authorized service centers.
21. If the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced by the manufacturer or a specialized
repair facility or a qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
22. Despite using the device as intended and following all of the safety instructions, certain risk
factors can not be completely eliminated.
