in

 

place.

 

Do

 

not

 

use

 

any

 

kind

 

of

 

adhesive,

 

this

 

should

 

cause

 

chemical

 

damage

 

at

 

rubber/elastomer.

 

 

Step 2

 

 

 

Insert

 

the

 

stationary

 

part

 

of

 

mechanical

 

seal

 

(item

 

696)

 

into

 

case

 

cover

 

(item

 

011)

 

using

 

grease

 

or

 

another

 

type

 

of

 

lubricant.

 

Use

 

a

 

soft

 

face

 

tool

 

to

 

avoid

 

damages.

 

After

 

the

 

stationary

 

part

 

is

 

in

 

place,

 

clean

 

the

 

face

 

with

 

an

 

alcohol

 

wipe.

 

 

Step 3

 

 

 

Place

 

the

 

rotating

 

part

 

of

 

the

 

mechanical

 

seal

 

on

 

the

 

shaft

 

sleeve

042),

 

centring

 

the

 

washer

 

to

 

the

 

impeller

 

side.

 

Step 4 

 

 

Insert

 

the

ring

and

on

 

the

 

motor

 

shaft.
