1.2.3 TYPES OF FLUIDS:
- heating temperature as per VDI 2035
- water-glycol mixture with glycol content up to 50%. When using water-glycol mixtures, conveyance data should be
corrected according to the increase in viscosity. Use exclusively glycol with anti-corrosive protection. Comply with
manufacturer's instructions.
- The use of other fluids is subject to approval.
2. PYCTOGRAMS
Before assembly and start-up, the persons assigned to operate the pump must read the directions for use and the safety
instructions.

2.2 STAFF QUALIFICATION

Failure to comply with safety instructions can pose a danger to both the staff and the pump. As a result of failure to
comply with safety instructions, the user can lose the right to reimbursement for damages and the warranty may lapse.
Failure to observe the instructions may cause:
- failure of important functions of the pump
- risk of injuries.
2.4 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER
It is mandatory to comply with the regulations in force on accident prevention.
It is necessary to eliminate the risks caused by electrical energy and observe the standards provided by the local electrical
energy provider.
2.5 CHECK AND INSTALLATION
The user must guarantee that the entire assembly check is carried out by authorized and qualified staff that knows the
safety instructions.
All the operations carried out on the pump/system should be performed exclusively with the equipment turned off!
2.6 REPLACEMENT AND SPARE PARTS
Use exclusively original spare parts and accessories approved by the manufacturer. The use of different parts nulifies
the warranty.
2.7 UNINTENDED USE
The safe operation of the pump is only guaranteed if the instructions given in chapter 1 are observed. It is absolutely
forbidden to exceed the threshold values given in the catalogue.
3. TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
ATTENTION
The pump should be protected against moisture and mechanical damages.
The pump should never be exposed to temperatures outside the range from -10°C to +50°C.
4. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
4.1 PUMP DESCRIPTION
“MR” is a pump with immersed impeller equipped with an electric motor with three speeds that can be set manually
(basic) or automatically (auto).
The important benefits of this adjustment are:
- energy savings and reduced operation costs,
- reduced noise levels generated by excess flow rate.
