How to winterize your Earthbound RV
A. Drain and by-pass the water heater:
Locate the three (3)
water flow control valves
on the back of the water heater:
1. Figure #1 shows the typical positions for water heater operation.

2. Figure #2 shows the positions of the water control valves to by-‐pass the water heater.
Figure 2
3. Turn the valves on the blue and red water lines until they are at a 90 degree angle, thus closing the lines,
see figure 2.
