System Button

The

System

navigation button opens the System Processor

Overview

screen. The system processor is con-

figured for 3x12 operation, configured as three 1x4 processors driven from the left, right, and center/mono

buses (this can be changed). The system processor provides multi-way crossover, protection limiting, EQ, and

alignment delay with flexible assignment and routing options not possible with most outboard units.

The 3 input and the 12 output legs can be fed by any of the console output signals.

By default the three main outputs (L, R, C/M) are connected to System Processor Input (SPIN). The three SPIN out-

puts connect via the 12 legs of the System Processor Output (SPOUT) to the 12 system outputs on the rear panel.

The system processor is only accessible and adjustable via the touch screen and the Intelligent Encoder.

12.5.1

System Processor Overview Tab

This screen displays the system processor in one of two different

views: Standard Routing View or Advanced Routing View. Both

views show the same thing, just differently. You can switch back

and forth between them during operation without any audible

effect. Figure 12.5.1 shows the Standard Routing View and Figure

12.5.2 shows the Advanced Routing View.
