Description of device

Overload protection relays with bimetallic release

The ZE/XTOM overload relays are 3 pole electromechanical 
overload relays using bimetallic elements. They are suitable 
both for AC and for DC operation.

Type ZE/XTOM overload relays can be fitted directly on to 
DILEEM and DILEM (XTMC...) contactors.

In the event of an overload trip, auxiliary contacts 95-96 and 
97-98 switch and interrupt the control circuit of the relevant 
contactor. In this way, they indirectly disconnect the power 
flow of the monitored motor (
