Troubleshooting
If the device does not work properly, check whether you are able to rectify the problem
yourself. If the problem cannot be solved with the steps that are listed, contact the cus-
tomer service department.
Do not attempt to repair a defective
electrical device yourself!

work.
The mains plug is not inserted
correctly in the socket.
Correct the

t of the mains
plug.
The socket is defective.
Try another
socket.
No mains voltage is present.
Check the fuse of the mains
connection.
The device switches
off on its own.
The timer has been set.
The device switches off
automatically after the pre-
set time has elapsed (see
“Use” – “Setting the Timer”
chapter).
The anti-tilt mechanism has
been activated.
The device switches itself off
automatically if its position
becomes unstable during
operation. This prevents the
risk of

re if the device topples
over.
The fuse in the fuse
box is triggered.
Too many devices connected
to the same circuit.
Reduce the number of devic-
es in the circuit.
