Thank you for your purchase of the 6 Volt Waterproof/Explosion Proof Lantern, the following instructions are intended for
this part number only.
Battery Replacement and Operation
•
To place/replace your battery, begin by unscrewing the lens ring.
•
Next pull out the bulb housing from the light body.
•
You can now insert your battery and replace the bulb housing to
begin use.
•
Press the switch located on the top of the handle to turn on/off the
light.
Bulb Replacement
•
Unscrew the lens ring and remove the bulb housing.
•
The lens is held into place on the reflector via tabs,
push the tabs up to free the lens from the reflector
and pull it off.
•
The bulb is held in place by two springs, one on the
lens and one underneath the bulb, be careful not to
let the bulb fall out after removing the lens.
•
Replace the bulb by setting the new one in and
replacing the lens.
•
Put the bulb housing back into the body and replace
the lens ring to secure it.
