In a double-insulated product, two systems of insulation are provided instead of grounding. No grounding
means is provided on a double-insulated product, nor should a means of grounding be added to the product.
Servicing a double-insulated product requires extreme care and knowledge of the system, and should be
done only by qualified service personnel. Replacement parts for a double-insulated product must be identical
to the parts they replace. A double-insulated product is marked with the words “DOUBLE INSULATION” or
“DOUBLE INSULATED” or the symbol (square within a square).

A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of personal injury resulting from becoming
entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. To avoid a circuit overload when using this foot spa, do not
operate another high-wattage product on the same electrical circuit. Avoid the use of an extension cord
because the extension cord may overheat and cause a risk of fire. However if you have to use an extension
cord, the extension cord should be rated for 13 amps, 125V, 1625 watts. The power supply cord must be
arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or
tripped over accidentally.

If the electric circuit is overloaded with other appliances, your foot spa may not operate properly. The foot spa
should be operated on a separate electrical circuit from other operating appliances.
