Warranty
4.5.1
Operator's obligations
The operator undertakes to allow only sufficiently instructed personnel to work on the Easy
office lamp. The operator declares to

be familiar with the fundamental regulations for safety at work and for the prevention
of accidents and has been sufficiently trained to use the Easy office lamp.

have read and fully understood this manual, especially the safety instructions and
warnings, and has confirmed this by signature.
Additionally, the operator is bound to make sure that these instructions for use are always
stored in a location near the lamp and that this manual is included when passing the lamp
on to third parties, e.g. when selling it.
4.5.2
Personnel's obligations
Prior to starting any work on or with the Easy office lamp, the personnel shall undertake to

observe the fundamental regulations for safety at work and for the prevention of
accidents.

warnings, and have confirmed this by signature.
4.5.3
Warranty and liability
In general our
General Terms and Conditions
apply. These are made available to the
operator upon conclusion of the contract at the latest and can also be downloaded from
the Internet under
www.easy-lights.eu
. Warranty and liability claims in the event of
personal injury or damage to property are excluded if such injury or damage is caused by
one of the following:

Improper use (not intended use) of the lamp.

Inappropriate assembly, commissioning, operation or maintenance of the lamp and its
control elements, including all moving parts.

Failure to observe the instructions in this manual for correct transportation, storage,
assembly, commissioning, operation and maintenance of the lamp.

Unauthorized structural alterations of the lamp and its mechanical and electrical
components or accessories without prior consultation and consent of the manufacturer.

Improperly performed or unauthorized repairs.
-
Damages resulting from a disaster or an emergency caused by external influences or
force majeure.
