Check for tripped circuit breaker

Motor Runs 

Too Slow/

Undersized or too long of an  

extension cord

Use only 18 gauge or larger cord.

Limit length to 25’.

Excessive 

Noise and/or 

Vibration

 Abrasive Belt/Disc is damaged

WARNING:

 This is an extremely dangerous condition! Stop Use and replace 

Abrasive Belt!

Motor  

Overheats

Excessive pressure being applied  

to Abrasive Belt/Disc

Allow Abrasive Belt/Disc to cut by contact alone. Do Not Force.
