Topandbottomrollersarethekeycomponentofthelaminatorandthey
directlyaffectthequalityoflaminatingandtitledimage.Therollersare
parallelbeforeshipment.Therollerwillbeunparalleledduetotheshaking
intransportation.Followingbelowsteptoadjusttherollerparallelism.
6.8Adjustingthepressureoftheroller
6.8.1Theunbalancepressurefortopandbottomrollermaycausethetilted
andwrinklingproblem.Themethodofadjusting:
6.8.2Takearecordforthetiltedside.Turnoffthemachineandtakeoffthe
sidecover.Perindicatedonthephoto,rollerbearingsaddle(1)and
bearingblock(6)isconnectedbyonebolt,onwhichispressure
spring(3)andnut(2).Thereare2nutsforsettingpressure,thebottom
oneshouldbefastenedoncetheadjustmentisdone.
6.8.3Whentheimageistiltedonleftside,theleftsidepressuremustbe
biggerthanrightside.Adjusttheboltstoreducethepressure.Itshould
bepossibletokeepsameadjustmentforboltsonbothside.

smallerthanrightside.Adjusttheboltstoincreasethepressure.
