Use the heater according to the following steps:
Open the package and remove all parts and materials.
Ensure all pieces are present and working. Check the heater
body, heater stand, wire cables, and plug for any damage. If
damage is present, please content our customer support and
do not continue assembly.
If any parts or hardware pieces are missing or damaged,
please contact customer service at support@eastoak.com.
In your email, include your shipping address and product
purchased. We will send you replacement parts for free.
OPERATION INSTRUCTION

Place the product on the ground vertically. Connect the plug
to a socket for electrical power. Make sure the socket and
plug is not wet.

Turn the switch to the “ON” position. The heater should begin
heating up.
• The remote control needs 2 AAA 1.5V batteries (sold separately) to operate.
If the remote will not be in use for an extended period of time, remove the
batteries to minimize the risk of any damage to the remote.
• Ensure your are using the correct battery for the remote. Misuse may result in
damage to the remote or may affect the heater’s normal function.
• Please contact a service agent for any additional help if needed.
• The remote may not work if there is a blockage between the appliance and
remote control.
• Replace the batteries as needed to ensure proper remote and heater function.
