6. All Equipment component part cover plates, enclosures, guards, service access ports,
doors, and service connections and discharges shall remain in place at all times, except
during, and as required to perform emergency or periodic inspection, service and/or
maintenance procedure.
7. Any and all combustible materials such as rags, paper, wood, paint or other debris shall
be kept clear of boiler room environs. Boiler room shall be kept clean and free of fire
hazards.

following Precautionary Notations will appear to advise of considerations, procedures
and circumstances which could, if not heeded, lead to the improper and unsafe
design, handling, installation, commissioning, operation, care and maintenance of the
