2. Turn off the mouse key function
Go to iPad settings - Accessibility - Touch - Assistive touch
- Mouse key - turn it off.
Remarks: If the mouse key function is not turn off, it will cause the
number key‘7. 8. 9’and letter key ‘U. I. O. J. K. L. M’ can’t be entered.
