SECTION 5: CARE & MAINTENANCE

SECTION 5: CARE & MAINTENANCE

With proper maintenance, your table is designed to give you years of trouble-free operation.

To ensure your table will continue to function properly and keep its appearance, we

recommend the following.

Category

Care Recommendation

Upholstery

Remove day-to-day dirt and smudges with a mild soap and water solution.

For tough stains and to disinfect, use a (100 to 1) water to bleach solu-

tion. Spray a damp cloth with the solution to clean. After each cleaning,

gently wipe the upholstery with a damp cloth and clean water, then allow

upholstery to air dry before using or storing. For more difficult stains, please

contact your dealer or please call us directly for guidance. For best results,

use only the products suggested above.

Lubrication  &

Mechanical

The actuator or mechanical lift is maintenance free. Do not lubricate. Be

careful to avoid application of sticky substances to the mechanism.

Leveling Feet Regularly check to ensure the table is level and stable.

See page 6 for leveling instructions.

Troubleshooting

Issue

Solution

Table does not

raise or lower

1.  Ensure the table is plugged in.

2.  If using a dimmer switch, ensure it is turned to full power.

3.  Ensure the outlet in your room is receiving power. This can be done

by plugging in a small appliance and turning it on.

4.  Check the fuse or circuit breaker for blown fuse or tripped breaker.

5.  Ensure the controls are securely plugged into the junction box.

Table is wobbling

or unstable

See “Leveling Your Table” instructions on page 6.

DO NOT USE acetone, “Armor All” type cleaners, citrus-based cleaners,

or industrial cleaners. These can seriously damage the upholstery. Such

damage would not be covered under warranty.

RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK

Always unplug this furnishing from the electrical outlet before cleaning.
