2.3 Visual and Audial Alerts
The following table explains the audial and visual alerts displayed by the InSight Device:

Alerts LED
Flashes blue
Indication that there is one of the following
technical problems:
• A need to check the Sensing Device
(connection, position or location)
• System malfunction- technical alert
indication that the system is
malfunctioning
Flashes red Indication that there is Bed Exit or Vital Sign

Flashes yellow Indication that there is a Motion related Alert
(Turn Counter exceeded, Low/High Motion
detected)
The LED is blinking in

Each visual alert (LED flashing) will be accompanied by the audial alert (one tone alert). The
alerts can be muted with the help of the button on the InSight Device or on the Remote Control
and Display (RCD) Unit.

manual.
2.4 Electrical Failure
The InSight Device is powered by the Cradle that is connected to the power socket. In case of
an electrical failure, the InSight System will shut down.
NOTE
The InSight System does not include a battery. In order to maintain the constant
operation, make sure that the system is always plugged in to the electrical socket.
In case of power failure, monitoring will not be available.
