Assembly
Assembling the tyre stand and rests for the wheels
Instructions for use of accessories
• Before starting the assembly process, unpack all parts of the tyre stand and check the scope of
delivery!
• Then choose the intended location for the tyre stand. Using a spirit level, check to ensure that the
intended location is horizontal.
First connect the base frame (1) with the four feet for the base frame (5). To do this, insert the feet
into the base frame (if necessary, use a rubber hammer to help with insertion). Then screw the feet
for the base frame into place using the hexagonal wrench (8) and hexagonal screws (2), initially only
hand-tight.
Insert the narrow end of the middle pipe section (4) into the round mount of the base frame (4).
Then push the first mounting pin (8) through the lowest provided hole of the middle pipe section (4)
until it protrudes equally on both sides.
Then push the tyre plate (7), with the support facing downwards, onto the middle pipe section and
rotate until both grooves in the support of the tyre plate are located on the mounting pin. Now place
the first wheel (the first rim) horizontally on the middle pipe and carefully lower onto the tyre plate.
For the next wheel, now push the next tyre plate mounting pin (8) through the next free hole in the
middle pipe section (4) and fit a tyre plate (7), as described above. The second wheel (the second rim)
can now be placed on the tyre plate.
Now fit the pipe end piece with plug (3) onto the middle pipe section (4). Then mount the next tyre
plate mounting pin (8) and the next tyre plate (7) onto the pipe end piece, as described above. Now the
third wheel (the rim) can be carefully placed.
For the last wheel, again push the tyre plate mounting pin (8) into the provided hole, mount the tyre
plate (7) and carefully position the last wheel (the rim). In order to remove the wheels (rims) from the
tyre stand before using again, follow the instructions above, but in reverse order.
The tyre markers (9) are used to mark where the wheel was mounted on the vehicle. This is important
for subsequent re-installation on the vehicle. The wheels are differentiated using the labels, front-right,
front-left, back-right, back-left. The tyre markers are attached to the valve of the relevant tyre.
The profile depth gauge (9) is located on the rear of the tyre markers. In the event of uncertainty regar-
ding permitted profile depths, the measurement of the profile depth of the state of the tyre or rim, a
specialist must be consulted.
Damaged tyres or rims should not be used further!
The tyre protection cover (10) protects the wheels on the tyre stand from dust and dirt. The tyre protec-
tion cover can be easily pulled over the entire tyre stand thanks to the hook and loop closure on the side.
