Masking Casement and Awning Window Sensors
If the lock bezel and lock lever are removed prior
to finishing, fill the bezel opening with a protective
mask such as painter’s tape,
paper towel or
foam.

Sanding, staining, painting, varnishing and other
finishing procedures should always be done in well-
ventilated areas. Follow all manufacturer’s
instructions. Failure to do so may result in injury or
illness.
Finish wood surfaces immediately after installation.
Unfinished wood will deteriorate, discolor, and/or
may bow and split. Do not stain or paint hardware or
its components. Product damage may occur.
