Signal output (Valid)
* Sensor light intensity alarm display: Display turns red when the light intensity of sensor 1 or
that of sensor 2 becomes lower than 200, or equal to or
higher than 4900.
* Lamp control voltage alarm display: The display color turns red when the voltage level does
not fall within the specified control voltage range.
* Types of signal output:
Measurement-in-progress signal (MES),
Concentration alarm 1, 2 signal (AL1, 2), Error signal
(E0, E1, E2, E3, E6 (Blink))

operation
* Warm-up operation is performed after the recovery from the above errors. In the case of
recovery from E3 only, the operation listed in the above Table- 10 is followed as the warm-up
operation.
* The operation at the time of power ON is the same as that of the lamp control voltage (upper
limit) error.
* See “10 Error display” for “E3” and “E6” (blink).
