WARRANTY POLICY
All our Ebroh scooters are guaranteed by manufacturing defects for
24
months from the time of delivery.
All wear-resistant components such as brake pads, tyres, shafts, bearings and light bulbs are excluded from the warranty.
The security shall be cancelled if any of the following conditions is met:
- Where a malfunction attributable to human error or negligence of the machine user is demonstrated.
- Meteorological causes.
- When the limit of use of the machine is forced.
- A professional or commercial use, being able to generate a point guarantee.
- When, during repairs, non-Original Ebroh parts are used or when any maintenance or repair operation is carried out in a technical
service not authorised by Ebroh.
- All motorcycles and components have recommended maintenance times and should be reviewed periodically by an official dealer.
Failure to comply with these conditions invalidates the warranty against manufacturing defects.
