MP3 music files.

Playing MP3 Files

Insert the USB memory to the USB-TO-DEVICE terminal.
Prior to this, copy the MP3/SMF files you wish to play into the USB memory.

Select the file to play.
Press and hold down
MUSIC PLAY
button to see the name of MP3 files. Then the LED will display
'P01'
and the button will turn on. Use
DATA UP
or
DOWN
button to select the desired MP3 file.

In FUNCTION 11(

), set the music file format to
MP3(1)

Default: MP3(1)

Preparation
1) Download the MP3 (*.mp3) files from music websites.
2) Move or copy the downloaded MP3 files in your computer to the USB memory.

The MP3 files must be located in the
MUSIC
folder inside the USB flash for playing.

Save the file name using only alphanumeric characters.
☞
The USB memory must be in FAT32 format.
☞
Contact customer service for instructions on installing the data.
☞
The use of the bundled USB memory is recommended.
☞
Do not try to force the USB memory in or out of the slot.
☞
When you insert a USB memory to a slot or turn on the piano with a USB memory inserted, please wait a few seconds. Using the
piano at this time cause it to malfunction.

Do not remove the USB memory while data is being accessed. Doing so may corrupt the data.
☞
Do not close the key cover while the USB memory is plugged in. The product may be damaged.

Music Player File setting must be set to
1 (MP3)
to play MP3 files.(Refer to Page 35 for
F11 Music Player File
)

(P00) are automatically numbered in the order of their file names in MP3.
☞
A total of 100 MP3 files can be stored in the
MUSIC
folder. If you have more than 100 files, you can not play more than 100 files.

Play the chosen MP3 file.
Press
PLAY/STOP
to start playback.
Adjusting MP3 player volume
Press
SETUP
button, then use
ACCOMP/MUSIC VOLUME Up
or
Down
button to
adjust playback volume.

Available range is 0 - 100, with 35 as default.
Repeating
To repeat a piece, press
TRACK1/R
. The button will turn on, and once a piece is over it will be played
again.
Playing all pieces in succession
To play all pieces in the folder in succession, press
TRACK2/A
. The button will turn on, and once a
piece is over it will be followed by the next piece in the folder, continuing until the end of the folder is
reached. (Default : TRACK2/A)
