Install the Hy-Gain AV-14AVQ base section / TB-6P adapter assembly to the DXE-TB tilt base
plate using four fender washers, four Nyloc hex nuts and two flange nuts as shown in
Figure 11 .
The upper Nyloc nuts are used to secure the tightened flange nuts from becoming loose if the wind
vibrates your antenna assembly.
