8 SAFETY SYSTEMS 

8.1 MOWER SAFETY SYSTEMS 

 

The product is controlled by a remote radio controller. This means that the operator is not close to the mower at 

all times and cannot use controls on the mower. For the safety of the operator and other persons the following 

table lists various situations and actions: 

 

The mower is out of the signal range. 

The  EMERGENCY  STOP  command  is 
automatically generated. 

Radio signal failure.

 

The  EMERGENCY  STOP  command  is 
automatically generated 

Another machine with the same frequency 

is working in the vicinity.

 

The  EMERGENCY  STOP  command  is 
automatically generated. 

Emergency  situations  -  shutting  off  by  the 
emergency stop button.

 

Push  the  EMERGENCY  STOP  button  on 
the radio controller.

 

Push the EMERGENCY STOP button on 
the body of the mower.

 

Safety  Interlocks  prevent  the  engine 
from starting.

 

If the mowing blade clutch is engaged.

 

If  the  transmission  is  not  set  to  a  neutral 
position.

 

If  the  radio  connection  is  not 
established properly. 

The EMERGENCY STOP command (automatic or manual) has the following effects

1. Engine stops 

2. Steering of wheels is blocked 

3. Travelling is blocked 

4. Starter is blocked 

5. Mowing blade clutch disengages 

6. Ignition is turned off
