Functions and features:
1. SCAN: At the exercise mode, press the MODE key until appears the SCAN on
the LCD. Meter will display the following function and each function will keep 6
seconds on the main screen.

2. TIME: Shows your elapsed workout time in minutes and seconds. Your meter
will automatically count up from 0:00 to 99:59 in one second intervals, while
you can set the value from 5:00 to 99:59. When you switch between Bike mode
and Roller mode, the meter will count based on the value recorded before.
During the sleep mode, the meter will show the clock (e.g. 5:30).
3. SPEED: Displays your workout speed value in KM per hour from 0.0 to 99.90. If
you go above this speed‐‐‐99.9/KPH, the meter will display “E”. If there is no
exercise signal input within 4 seconds, then the value will become zero.
4. DISTANCE: Displays the accumulative distance traveled during each workout
up to a maximum of 9999 Meters during Rowing machine mode). You can set the
distance from 100 to 9900 meter during Rowing machine). When you alter one
mode to the other, the distance unit changes and the value comes to zero.
5. CALORIES: Your meter will estimate the cumulative calories burned at any
given time during your workout. It counts up from 0.0 to 999.9. You can set the
target calories within the value from 10 to 990.0. When you change between
Bike mode and Roller mode, the meter will continue to count based on the
former value.
6. RPM: Show the times per minute you press your pedals during Bike mode.
During Roller machine mode, show the times you stroke per minute. The meter
shows RPM with pulse per each six seconds on the same LCD window. When
there is no pulse detected, the window only shows the value of RMP. The value
