Fault
Electrical supply is not
connected.
Thermal overload tipped.
Electrical power does
not reach the machine.
Electrical disconnect
locked out.
Incorrect fuse.
The thermal overloads
incorrectly set.
Suction hose not con-
nected.
Plugged tubing or hoses.
The plastic sack or con-
tainer not fi rmly attached
to the bottom of the
cyclone.
Pump rotation back-
wards.
Leakage in the duct-
work.
Filter plugged.
Problem
Motor will not run.
The motor stops directly
after starting.
Fan runs but no suction.
Fan runs but poor suction.
Abnormal sound from the
fan.
Solution
Connect.
Wait 5 minutes and reset.
A qualifi ed electrican should
check supply.
Find the person responsible
for the lock out and check
to see if system is clear for
operation, reverse the lock
out.
Change to correct fuse ra-
ting and type.
Electrician should be called
for investigate.
Connect the hose.
Clean.
Secure.
Electrician should change
phases.
Locate and repair.
Clean or change fi lter.
Order service.
