A. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
- The product is still in warranty period according to the switchboard message
- The product is full of warranty stamps, product stamps or related invoices.
- The product is not in the case of a denied warranty.
B. CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY
DUSLER will refuse warranty or will provide chargeable warranty in cases
where the defective product is not the manufacturer's fault as follows:
- The product has no warranty stamp
- The product is damaged due to natural disasters or force majeure events such
as flooding, lightning, accidents, falls or collisions.
- The product is penetrated by insects, causing damage to electronic circuits:
responsible for cockroaches, mice, geckos.
- Broken glass due to impact from outside
- The product is damaged due to the wrong use of the recommended power
source and the failure to use according to the instructions of the user manual or
using non-manufacturer accessories.
- The product has been installed, maintained incorrectly or operated beyond the
manufacturer's instructions.
- Product has been changed, modified or repaired by a third party that is not part
of Dusler's warranty system.
II. USE SAFE AND EFFECTIVE KITCHEN
The Dusler double induction hob is a household appliance, designed for home
cooking and must be installed properly in a kitchen space.
Note: The use of the induction hob does not affect other household electrical
appliances.
