Setting the hook thread tension

The hook thread tension is adjusted using the tension spring (2).

To set the hook thread tension:

Increasing the hook thread tension

Turn the adjusting screw (1) clockwise.

Reducing the hook thread tension

Turn the adjusting screw (1) counterclockwise.

WARNING

Risk of injury from needle tip and moving parts!

Puncture, cutting and crushing possible.

Switch off the machine before setting the hook
thread tension.
