Do not use the ladder on an unlevel or unfirm base
Do not overreach
Do not erect ladder on contaminated ground
Ladders used for access to a higher level shall be extended
at least 1m above the landing point and secured, if necessary
When the hinge ladder is used as access equipment for a
higher level, the ladder has to be secured against
unintentional sideways sliding.
