This message displays when the
exhaust fluid system needs service.
This message may be accompanied
by other messages that provide
more information.
Starting the Vehicle
Messages
ELEVATED IDLE OFF
If your vehicle does not have DIC
buttons, this message will appear
when the elevated idle/exhaust
restrictor feature has been turned
off. This feature can be turned on
or off by pressing the pedals.

If your vehicle has DIC buttons, this
message will not be displayed.
The Elevated Idle can be turned on
or off using the customization
menus. Press the customization
button until ELEVATED IDLE
appears on the DIC display. Press
the set/reset button once to access
the settings for this feature. Then
press the customization button to
scroll through the following settings:
OFF, ON or NO CHANGE. Choose
one of the available settings and
press the set/reset button while it is
displayed on the DIC to select it.
