Before you use this

DURABRAND

MP-356 MP3/WMA player, please read all of the

following instructions carefully. You can play your favorite MP3 and WMA* music files
with this portable player, and we hope you will enjoy this product.

We suggest you put the Power-On for both the audio player and your PC with Internet
connection ready, before you start the software installation.

NOTE 2:

Software installation is only needed if your computer has the older Windows 98SE operating
system. If you have a newer operating system, such as Windows Me or XP, you don
