Replace the metallic knob by pressing it up until it clicks.

Replace the staple cartridge. 
See step 3 “staple empty”.

Close the door securely 
See “door open” on page 16. 

- 

Check the display to ascertain that the unit has recovered from the error. 

a. 

If the same error message still appears in the display after completely 
removing the jammed staple, please contact your nearest dealer. 

b.  The first 5 to 10 sets of paper collated after the installation of the cartridge 

after the jammed staple has been removed will not be stapled. 

 

Offset Trouble 

 

 

 

 

Something is blocking the movement of the paper receiver tray.

Remove any object obstructing the movement of the paper receiver tray.

Open the door, then close it.
