Motor Overload 
 
 

 

A sheet of paper may be stuck in the discharging outlet 

 

- 

Remove jammed paper. 

- 

Open the door by pulling the door lever. 
See step 1 on the previous page. 

- 

Pull out and remove any paper sticking out behind the discharging outlet. 

- 

If no paper appears stuck inside the door, check the discharging outlet from the right side 
of the unit. 
Pull out the jammed paper. 

- 

Close the door securely 
See “door open” on page 16. 

- 

Check the display to ascertain that the unit has recovered from the error. 
If the same error message still appears in the display after completely removing stuck 
paper, please contact your nearest dealer. 

 

Jog Overload 
 

 

 

A sheet of paper or scrap of paper may be stuck in the jogger behind the door. 

 

- 

Remove the stuck paper from the jogger. 

- 

Open the door by pulling the door lever. 
See step 1 on the previous page 

- 

Remove any paper stuck in the jogger. 

- 

Close the door securely 
See “door open” on page 16 

- 

Check the display to ascertain that the unit has recovered from the error. 
If the same error message still appears in the display after completely removing stuck 
paper, please contact your nearest dealer. 

 

Bin Trouble 
 

 

 

The unit may be out of order.  Please try the following steps. 

 

- 

Open the door by pulling the door lever 
See step 1 on the previous page 

- 

Close the door securely 
See “door open” on page 16 

- 

Check the display to ascertain that the unit has recovered from the error. 
If the same error message still appears in the display, please contact your nearest dealer.
