Display Link, Hold Time & Temperature
Press Arrow Button repeatedly to scroll through Link,
Time and Temperature settings.
Exit Menu Mode
Scroll to EXIT and press the Enter Button to exit
menu mode.
NOTE:
To comply with sanitation requirements do
not set the temperature control lower than 180°F or
equivalent.
