CAUSE
No power to unit
Oven Power Switch not turned on
Proofer Power Switch not turned on
No power
No water in Humidity Pan
Humidity Control OFF or not set properly
Humidity Element not working
Defective Humidity Control
Humidity Control set too high
Defective Humidity Control
Oven Power Switch not in ON position
Oven Thermostat not set
Defective Oven Thermostat
Defective Oven Heat Element/s
Oven Door not closed
Debris in fan wheel causing it to stick
Defective Safety Switch
Defective Motor
Proofer Power Switch not turned on
Proofer Thermostat not set properly
Defective Proofer Thermostat
Defective Proofer Heat Element/s
Debris caught in fan blades
Defective fan motor
Light Circuit Breaker open
REMEDY
Check plug for proper connection.
If OK, check circuit breaker.
Turn Oven Power Switch on
Turn Proofer Power Switch on
Check Circuit Breaker
Fill Humidity Pan
Adjust Humidity Control until proper humidity is achieved
Replace Humidity Element
Replace Humidity Control
Adjust Humidity Control until proper humidity is achieved
Replace Humidity Control
Turn Oven Power Switch to ON position
Adjust Thermostat to proper setting
Replace Oven Thermostat
Replace Oven Heat Elements
Ensure Oven Door is properly closed
Turn power off and clean debris from fan. Turn power on
and check for proper operation.
Adjust or replace the Safety Switch as needed
Replace Motor
Turn Proofer Power Switch on
Adjust Thermostat to proper setting
Replace Proofer Thermostat
Replace Proofer Heat Element/s
Turn Proofer power off and clean fan. Turn power on and
check for proper operation.
Replace fan motor
Reset Circuit Breaker. If problem persists, replace light
bulbs with 10 watt bulbs.
SYMPTOM
Oven and Proofer not working
Oven/Proofer Lights not working
Proofer Humidity not working/insufficient
Proofer humidity too high
Oven does not heat
Oven Fan does not operate
Proofer does not heat
Proofer Circulating Fan not working
Proofer Lights not on
