MACHINERY LINE WARRANTY POLICIES FOR

IN NO CASE H.UJUETA S.A.S. SHALL BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, COSTS AND EXPENSES;
SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL (INCLUDING LOSS OF WARRANTY), WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT OR
ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
WARRANTY REQUIREMENTS:
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
ALL DUCSON PRODUCTS ARE GUARANTEED AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS AND MUST BE USED FOR THE JOB
THAT THEY WERE DESIGNED. (SEE USER'S MANUAL)
The DUCSON brand guarantees the first retail purchaser of the equipment, within the range of gasoline combustion equip-
ment (this guarantee does not include accessories or products supplied by third parties or other brands.)
H. UJUETA S.A.S. agrees to repair at no cost or replace any part that fails due to damage from factory defects including materi-
als and workmanship; for a period of up to 3 years. The initial coverage period is 12 months and will be renewed every year
until the factory's 3-year warranty coverage is completed. For the warranty to be effective for 3 years or 700 working hours,
whichever comes first. The buyer must carry out an annual maintenance check or every 200 hours of work; These reviews must
be carried out in one of our authorized service centers in the national territory. In this review, an evaluation of the equipment
will be carried out and it will be given a go-ahead to extend the guarantee for 1 more year or 200 hours of work, whichever
comes first. The warranty may not be renewed if the equipment is seriously damaged or shows lack of maintenance or poor
operation by the user.
The first year revision has no cost in labor for the user / owner of the equipment. This revision does not include the elements
that must be replaced by wear and / or misuse, such as filters, lubricants, among others.
- The product must have a sales invoice from an authorized dealer or warehouse.
- Photocopy of the invoice or document that supports the purchase without studs or amendments.
- The product must not have been repaired or disassembled by people not authorized by H.UJUETA S.A.S.
- Damage from accidents and electric shocks.
- Use of the product in work for which it was not designed or used by unqualified personnel.
- Damage caused by external factors that affect the normal operation of the equipment, overloads, lightning orsimilary.
- Damage due to improper operation without following the instructions in the operation manual.
- Damage due to overload or imbalance in the same, affecting the generation of the equipment, causing a short circuit in the
AVR card or generator armature.
- Damage caused by lack of maintenance.
- Damage caused by wear on parts and elements, caused by the normal operation of the equipment, such as: wear on rings,
cylinders, crankshafts, among others.
- Problems caused by installations without a ground pole (in the case of generators).
- Equipment that has been repaired or manipulated by workshops not authorized by H.UJUETA S.A.S.
- Damage caused by poor lubrication, poor ventilation conditions, poor quality fuel and others aspects related to bad use
practices not attributable to the equipment components.
