Press the button on IPStar for two

seconds to enter Configuration Mode.

Use the keypad on the phone

* and # or

buttons on IPStar to scroll the main menu.

With SYSTEM SETUP displayed, press the

button.

Scroll the menu to AUTO-UPGRADE and

press the button.

Scroll the menu to RESTORE and press the

button to start the restoring process.

After the completion of restoring process,

press any button to exit the sub-menu.

Use buttons on IPStar to scroll to EXIT TO

MAIN and press the button.

Upgrading Your IPStar 5-3

Restoring Original Version

When users upgrade the IPStar to the new
software version, IPStar will automatically
store the default version as a backup. If for any
reason, users wish to discard the new version
and restore the default version, please follow
the steps below:
