5.2 Error messages
UUUUU
Overpressure: The instrument is measuring a higher pressure than its nominal rate
LLLLL
Vacuum overpressure: The instrument is measuring a lower pressure than its
nominal rate.
WARNING:
Aer a OVERPRESSURE occured, the calibraon could have been altered.
HHHHH
OutScale: When the unit of measurement is changed, the reading may exceed
the numerical limit of the scale: 99999. Change scale.
LOBAT
Exhausted ba eries: Measurements performed during this period could be
altered, it is therefore necessary to replace the ba eries quickly (see Chapt. 7.1).
5.3 Keys descripon
Keys with 3 funcons:
• pushed: Switch on the instrument
• pushed for 3 sec.: Enter the parameters menu
• pushed for 5 sec.: Switch off the instrument
Key with 3 funcons:
• pushed for 3 sec. during measurement: performs the ZERO of the display up to
50% FS. ZERO does not have any effect on graphic-bar indicaon of pressure.
• pushed for 6 sec. during measurement: disables ZERO funcon showing the
instrument‘s offset (Recommended for absolute pressure ranges).
• pushed in parameter menu: decreases the value shown on the display.
Key with 3 funcons:
• pushed for 1 sec. during measurement: acvates the PEAK+ funcon (displays
highest pressure measured aer its acvaon).
• pushed for 3 sec. during measurement: acvates the PEAK- funcon (displays
lowest pressure measured aer its acvaon).
• pushed in parameter menu: increases the value shown on the display.
5.4 Parameter menu
To enter the paramter menu, press the SET key for approx. 3 sec., unl the first parameter is
shown on the display (“Unit“ to choose the measurement unit). Press always the SET key to
move to next parameter, and then to exit from the parameter menu. Aer the last parameter, the
SET key saves the parameters, the instrument goes back to measurement mode.
The new values, eventually set, become therefore acve only at the exit from paramter menu.
Unit
Measurement unit:
Select with Arrow-Up and Arrow-Down keys the requested measurement unit.
