required if an out-of-range value could cause a hazard.

Floating Point
- IEEE-754 Binary32, wider range and
resolution. Can be connected to or from standard, 16-bit
parameters; 1.0000 float equals 100.00%.
Event
- Events are associated with exact count values.
Maximum event frequency is (1/(FBE Timebase seconds))
Hz. Only the first event is processed per FBE cycle.
Count
- Position applications; shaft-lock, registration, motion
control, etc. 64-bit internal values, precision timing data.
