MOIST HEATING PAD THERAPY

The application of moist heat is a commonly prescribed therapy in medical practice today, moist heat 

is specially usefully in treating pain. And the pain is usually related to muscle strain and tension which 

results in muscle spasm.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Place the moist heating pad into the pad cover (provided).

 

 Be sure the pad is lying flat inside the cover to ensure uniform heating. Be sure cover  

is clean prior to use.

.  Insert the plug into any 110 volt electric power outlet.  Switch the TEMP knob to

 

the “O” position.

3.   Press the ON/OFF switch.  The green light indicators power on.  Adjust to the desired time  

and temperature for treatment.

 

Time and Temp. selection

 

a.Time: 15/30/45/60 min.

 

b.Temp: 110/130/150/165  Fahrenheit 

 

             45/55/65/75  Celsius

4.  Place the moist heating pad flat on the area of the body to be treated.

5.  The recommended treatment time is 30 minutes.

6.   After the treatment press the on/off switch to turn off the power.  

Pull the plug from the electrical outlet.

7.   The Therma Moist Heat Pad will automatically shut off after the timed treatment.

8.   Warranty: 1 year
