8. The display will show the defrost countdown. The cycle can be briefly
interrupted by opening the door to turn the food if necessary. Close the door
and press START / ENTER to continue the cycle.

When the cycle ends, “End” will appear in the display, and tones will sound
at the end of the cycle.
10. Press OFF / CANCEL or open the door to clear the screen.
Defrost by time
Defrost by time does not have a predefined program, but uses only 30% (PL3) of the
power.
To use time defrost:
1. Place the food on the turntable and close the door.
2. Press the TIMED DEFROST button.
“00:00” will appear on the display.
3. Capture the time in minutes and seconds.
4. Press START / ENTER.
5. The display will show the defrost countdown. The cycle can be briefly
interrupted by opening the door to turn the food if necessary. Close the door
and press START / ENTER to continue the cycle.

When the cycle ends, “End” will appear in the display, and tones will sound at
the end of the cycle.

To defrost manually: Follow the instructions in the “Manual Cook” section and
use 30% power.
