1. SAFETY WARNINGS
Your security is important for us. Read this information before using your Extractor.
• Do not use gas burners under the extractor without placing a skillet over them (flames will
creep upward and may damage the appliance)
• Frying under the extractor should be kept under constant supervision.
• Repairs should only be performed by an authorized specialist.
• Clean the cartridge filter regularly (about once a month)
• The extractor is not allowed to be used on a solid fuel
stove (wood, coal, etc.).
2. INSTALLATION
INSTALLATIONINSTRUCTIONS
Read these instructions carefully before installing or
using the Fat Extractor.
Please make this information available to the person
responsible for installing the Fat Extractor, as it may
reduce installation costs.
To avoid danger, the Fat Should Extractors hold is
installed in accordance with these installation
instructions.
If you have an outside outlet:
Your extractor can be connected via an extraction line
(enamel, aluminum, flexible tube or non-flammable
material with an inner diameter of 150 mm) supplied
with the extractor.
If you do not have an outlet to the outside: All
appliances have the option of operating in recirculation
(no outlet to the outside). Under these circulation
postures, add an activated carbon filter with an odor
trap. These filters are available from your dealer with
the reference number indicated on the nameplate (see
inside).
