Front-Panel Configuration
Unpacking
You will find the following items in the box:
• ND-24-IP Network Decoder (QTY = 1)
• ND-24-IP Quick Guide
• ND-24-IP AC Adapter (QTY = 1)
Installation
The ND-24-IP is designed to be mounted in the close proximity to a 120 VAC – 60 Hz power plug.
For safe and reliable operation, do not block airflow.
In addition to the described functions of the keys above, there are additional functions which they serve while configuring or
going through the menu on the LCD display.
Menu Items:
the
LEFT ARROW
key acts as “
Back
” button, returning to the previous level in the hierarchy.
Read-Only Items:
the
LEFT ARROW
key acts as “
Back
” button, returning to the previous menu level.
Editable Items:
the
LEFT
and
RIGHT ARROW
keys will move the cursor left and right, the
UP
and
DOWN ARROW
keys will modify the value at the cursor, and the
ENTER
key will accept the new value and return to the previous menu.
Display Menu Navigation

Moves the item selection cursor, indicated on-screen by a right-arrow symbol, up and
down between menu items on the LCD display.
LEFT / RIGHT
ARROWS
Moves the item selection cursor, indicated on-screen by a right-arrow symbol, left and
right through menu items on the LCD display.
ENTER
Enters the selected menu item, which can be a sub-menu, a read-only status (e.g.
“
Display MAC
”), or an editable parameter (e.g. “
Edit Address
”).
Installation & Setup
Power-Up
Plug the AC Adapter into the back of the ND-24-IP unit at the input marked “+5VDC, 2.0A” and then into an AC power plug
(120 VAC – 60 HZ).
