The instrument automatically performs the check.

The result is displayed together with the check value (on page 4 
section "Illustrations and Screens").

Accuracy Check Error

 will be displayed if:

a download and memory clearing has not been completed.

Calibration

Alcotest

®

 6820 GB is supplied with standard calibration by the 

manufacturer.
The date of the last calibration can be found in the quick menu.

Storage

The Alcotest

®

 6820 GB consumes a small amount of current even 

when switched off. 

CAUTION

Leakage of battery acid can cause damage to the device. Remove 

batteries if storing the device longer than 6 month.
