Thread the shoulder pad cords back through the correct height slots in the seat cover and shell.

Thread the shoulder straps

making sure the straps are not twisted and both straps are at the same height (level with each
other).

Attach the shoulder straps securely to the yoke

and re-fasten the shoulder strap cords.

Important: You must ensure the shoulder straps are not twisted.
Installing your child seat - Rearward Facing
Only for use with group 0+ from birth to approx. 9 months (13kg).
Do not use the child seat
rearward facing on passenger seat fitted with an active airbag.
The seat must be fully reclined when rearward facing.
•
Please recline the seat: Lift the red handle

and slide the seat forwards to the recline position.

Place the child seat centrally into the passenger seat. The front of the child seat must be
pushed firmly against the back of the vehicle seat.

Pull off approximately a metre of car seat belt and route it as follows: Lap section: Thread the lap
section under the seat and into in the belt pathway J marked in blue as shown.

Diagonal section: Wrap the diagonal section of the belt around the back of the seat. Insert the
lap and diagonal belt into the seat belt buckle. You will hear a click when it is correctly inserted.
Pull on it to the check it is securely fitted.

Pass the upper diagonal part of the belt in the plastic hook

Pull car seat belt tightly and attach the belt clip

to lap and shoulder straps as closely as you
can to the seat belt buckle – but not touching it! Finally check that the seat is firm and secure. If
it is wobbly or slack, you must tighten both belts again until the seat is secure.

Installation Checkpoints – Rearward Facing
•
The child seat is pushed back into the vehicle seat.
•
The child seat must be in the fully reclined position.
•
The lap section of the seat belt is under the seat and through the blue marked openings and is
not twisted.
•
Make sure the belt clip is closed properly (clicks when locked)
